Marumbi Modelismo knows that you have less time for the Hobby than you would like.  And because we are a company made by model railroaders, we know how frustrating it is to buy something and not be able to assemble it.  Sometimes we don't even know where to start, which motor to use, which gearbox to mount… And those side frames?   How do I assemble it?  Thus, most of model kits end up being forgotten in the closet for years, waiting for that day (which never comes) when you will have the time and patience to motorize it.

Marumbi has changed this concept, we always seek to develop models in the Plug-n’-Play style, equipped with chassis, side frames and coupling boxes designed to receive the most suitable commercial components for your engine.  And together we provide a detailed manual with all assembly instructions.  This allows you to motorize your Marumbi locomotive in a few minutes and spend your precious time on what really matters, enjoying painting and detailing your model.

The same logic applies to Marumbi wagons, which we supply with bogies in HO or HOm/HOn3 ready to receive commercial wheels and coupling boxes designed for the specific couple of each model.  That way, Marumbi takes on all the mechanical development work and frees you from the curse of national model making, of endlessly sanding, cutting and gluing things without ever seeing anything finished.
